This 8-week group program is designed to help you unpack the burdens you’ve been carrying in your heart and step into a place of freedom and healing through the power of the Holy Spirit and biblical principles. Together, in a safe and supportive community, we will walk through a process of releasing emotional, spiritual, and relational baggage that may be holding us back. Each week, we will engage in Scripture-based teaching, group discussion, Holy Spirit-led exercises, and personal reflection to experience breakthrough and transformation.

Introductory Rate: $150

 An 8-week curriculum designed to help you unpack the burdens you’ve been carrying in your heart and step into a place of freedom and healing through the power of the Holy Spirit and biblical principles. Each week, we will explore key areas where emotional, spiritual, and relational baggage can weigh us down, and through guided reflection, Scripture, and Holy Spirit-led encounters, we will learn how to release these burdens and walk in wholeness. This includes daily homework as well as a 45 minute weekly session.

Our Healing & Freedom Sessions are designed to bring deep healing, personal breakthrough, and spiritual freedom through the guidance of the Holy Spirit. These private and confidential sessions provide a safe and comfortable space where you can encounter God’s love, receive inner healing, and step into a renewed sense of hope and peace.

With honor and integrity, we walk alongside you as the Holy Spirit reveals areas in need of healing, whether emotional, spiritual, or relational. Every session is led with grace, compassion, and biblical truth, creating an atmosphere where strongholds are broken, wounds are healed, and hearts are restored.

You will leave with a fresh perspective, a deeper connection with God, and a new level of freedom to walk fully in His purpose for your life.

Cost: $75 Session

As a Certified Christian Counselor, I integrate proven counseling techniques with Biblical principles to help you navigate life's challenges.  I provide individual, couples, family, and group counseling in a safe and nurturing environment, guiding you towards hope, peace, and restoration through Christ-centered care. 

Each session is tailored to your personal needs and goals. Whether you are seeking to strengthen your relationship with God, heal from past wounds, or improve your interpersonal relationships, a customized plan is created for your growth and well-being.
